Mission Statement

RCSJ-Cumberland Dukes Athletics is committed to distinction in athletics as part of a larger commitment to excellence, pride, service and education. The mission of the intercollegiate athletic department at RCSJ-Cumberland is to recruit, enroll and develop the whole student-athlete on and off the playing field. The intercollegiate athletic department provides student-athletes the opportunity to compete in a highly competitive athletic atmosphere while fostering individual success.  Through sports an environment that supports learning, academic achievement, personal growth, civic responsibility and sportsmanship is provided.
