Bio

Jeanna DuBois was named Assistant Athletic Director at Rowan College of South Jersey–Cumberland on February 10, 2025. In this role, she supports the daily operations of the athletics department, working closely with coaches, staff, and student-athletes to ensure success both in competition and in the classroom.

Prior to joining RCSJ, Jeanna spent 14 years at Wilmington University, where she served as an athletic academic advisor and NCAA compliance assistant. During her tenure, she developed extensive knowledge in NCAA Division II compliance and eligibility, and she was part of multiple teams that advanced to NCAA regional tournaments—earning plenty of championship memories (and rings). 

Jeanna graduated with her B.S. in Business Management from Wilmington University in 2010 and earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2014. She is National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) Division II Education Program certified, NACADA Advising Student-Athletes certified, and has completed NCAA Division II University coursework along with multiple NCAA Regional Rules seminars.

Residing in Pilesgrove, NJ, with her husband, two children, and three dogs, Jeanna is an active supporter of the RCSJ-Cumberland community. In her spare time, she can often be found at Dukes athletic events, cheering on student-athletes. She takes great pride in witnessing their achievements both in the classroom and on the field.
