NJCAA Nationals Recap: Day 1 & 2

UTICA - Day 1 for RCSJ-Cumberland Dukes Track & Field at NJCAA Nationals was a succesful one as Rodrigo Gonzalez and the 4x100 relay team competed in their respective events.  Gonzalez threw a personal best 32.72m while the 4x100 team ran a 47.48 in their opening heat.

On Day 2, Quajon Kinsey ran an incredible 16.84 in the 110m Hurdles which placed him 9th in his heat.  Summer Nasatka performed extremely well in the shotput (7.48m) and is now in the finals for Javelin.  She competes tomorrow in the discus throw.  Carlos Melendez placed 7th overall in the 200m which will place him in the finals in the event.
