Juju Wilson providing veteran leadership
VINELAND - RCSJ-Cumberland Womens Basketball tallied their highest point total of the season this past Saturday at Sussex Co. A direct reflection of Juju Wilson growing into her new role as team leader.
The sophomore guard from Millville, Wilson returned to Cumberland after a season-ending injury at Rutgers-Camden. Juju began her career at RCSJ-Cumberland spending her freshman season in navy and gold prior to her time as a Scarlet Raptor. Now back home, she's looked upon by her teammates for guidance as they navigate their first collegiate season.
In their most recent game at Sussex Co., Wilson dropped 25 points on 10-14 shooting while going 5-7 from 3-point land. She chipped in on the glass with 5 rebounds, dished out 3 assists, and snagged 2 steals.
Wilson and the Dukes host Brookdale CC in their last home event before the holiday break on Tuesday, December 16 at 5 PM.
